Position Overview:

As a Team Lead at Local Bounti, you will play a crucial role in leading, monitoring, and supervising a group of employees to achieve organizational goals. Your leadership will foster a positive environment that promotes communication, teamwork, and flexibility. By empowering and guiding your team, you will drive the success and growth of both the team and the organization.

  • Day-to-Day Management:
    Manage the daily activities of the team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Team Motivation:
    Inspire and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.

    Develop and implement a timeline to meet targets, keeping projects on track and on schedule.

    Ability to read, interpret, and communicate technical information.
  • Production Knowledge:
    Familiarity with production processes and equipment.
  • Bilingual

    Skills:

    Ability to communicate in English (bilingualism is a plus).
  • Physical Stamina:
    Maintain physical stamina to perform job duties.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Exhibit a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality results.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in a team leadership role within a manufacturing, agricultural, or food production environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams to meet operational goals, enhance productivity, and improve processes.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  • Experience with performance management, including coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to team members.
