Responsibilities
  • Review and adjust time standards.
  • Prepare and update manufacturing work instructions.
  • Maintain equipment in the department.
  • Analyze and resolve work-related issues while keeping accurate time and production records.
  • Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials.
  • Set up dies and operate shop equipment.
  • Coordinate tool maintenance and identify tooling needs to meet production schedules.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives with the Manufacturing Engineering team.
  • Train staff and ensure machinery operates efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years in a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, CNC Pro Machine Programming, WDS modules, Excel, and MS Word.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM programs, machine shop practices, and the ability to read safety and operational documentation.
  • Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity in generating solutions and attention to detail when translating concepts into practical applications.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly while working collaboratively in group environments.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
