Responsibilities- Review and adjust time standards.
- Prepare and update manufacturing work instructions.
- Maintain equipment in the department.
- Analyze and resolve work-related issues while keeping accurate time and production records.
- Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials.
- Set up dies and operate shop equipment.
- Coordinate tool maintenance and identify tooling needs to meet production schedules.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives with the Manufacturing Engineering team.
- Train staff and ensure machinery operates efficiently.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least two years in a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, CNC Pro Machine Programming, WDS modules, Excel, and MS Word.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM programs, machine shop practices, and the ability to read safety and operational documentation.
- Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity in generating solutions and attention to detail when translating concepts into practical applications.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly while working collaboratively in group environments.
- Dedication to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
