- Job Summary The CNC Machinist Programmer is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment while performing precision fabrication. This role includes machining, welding, bending, cutting, inspection, testing, and maintaining accurate documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Key Responsibilities
• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions
• Fabricate and assemble plastic components and systems
• Perform inspections using precision measuring tools
• Maintain production and quality documentation
• Operate fabrication equipment including welders, saws, mills, and benders
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Qualifications
• 3+ years of CNC lathe programming and fabrication experience
• Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace or medical manufacturing.
• Strong blueprint reading and mechanical assembly skills
• Experience using precision measuring and fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
