Schedule:
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Rotating Shifts)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Production Line Lead to oversee night shift operations in our plastic manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to meet daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate production line activities during assigned shift
* Lead, train, and support production team members
* Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
* Monitor production output and make adjustments to meet targets
* Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
* Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as they arise
* Maintain accurate production records and reports
* Communicate effectively with other shifts and management for smooth transitions
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (plastic manufacturing preferred)
* Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and rotating schedules
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
