Manufacturing Associate - Countertop Production

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates to join our counter top production team in Newbury Park. This position involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality countertops. Candidates should be comfortable working with tools, machinery, and materials such as laminate, wood, or stone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of countertops
• Measure, cut, shape, and finish materials according to specifications
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
• Sand, polish, and inspect finished products for quality
• Load, unload, and move materials within the facility
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Job Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime as needed)

-Pay rate: $18-$22 per hour
