- Collaborate with machinists, programmers, and engineers to reduce setup times and improve process repeatability
- Plan and support equipment upgrades, layout changes, and tooling improvements within wheel‑focused areas
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), setup sheets, tooling documentation, and inspection workflows
- Work with quality and maintenance teams to troubleshoot production issues, improve uptime, and ensure part conformity
- Track production metrics, including cycle times, scrap rates, and setup consistency, and implement targeted improvements
- Provide on‑the‑floor technical support and hands‑on assistance for wheel‑related job launches or engineering changes
- Ensure that all engineering and production processes meet internal and customer quality standards
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role; experience with forged or machined wheels is highly preferred
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows, CNC processes, and tooling systems used in wheel production
- Hands‑on experience supporting setup, process validation, or troubleshooting in a shop environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, especially complex wheel geometries and tolerances
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, etc.) and process documentation best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems or tracking tools is a plus
