Responsibilities

As a Punch Press Setup/Operator you will ensure high‑quality aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities include reviewing and adjusting time standards, preparing and updating manufacturing work instructions, maintaining equipment, analyzing and resolving work‑related issues, keeping accurate time and production records, estimating, requisitioning and inspecting materials, setting up dies and operating shop equipment, coordinating tool maintenance, and identifying tooling needs to meet production schedules. You will actively participate in process improvement initiatives with the Manufacturing Engineering team, train staff and ensure machinery operates efficiently.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience with at least two years in a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, CNC Pro Machine Programming, WDS modules, Excel, and MS Word. Familiarity with CAD/CAM programs, machine shop practices, and the ability to read safety and operational documentation.
Strong analytical, design, problem‑solving, and collaborative skills
, with a commitment to continuous learning and application of standards.
