Job Summary
Perform a variety of tasks relating to production operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. You will work from diagrams and drawings, make initial layouts, and use hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. Perform continuity checks on work in process and completed work. You may conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications, which could require you to disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
Job Responsibilities- Perform a wide variety of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
- Prepare assembly work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and following blueprint specifications.
- Populate PCBs from work instructions and assembly drawings/Bills of Material.
- Assemble components by positioning parts and sub-assemblies, examining connections for correct fit, and fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
- Perform board mount, solder SMT components on PCBs, and clean PCBs and assemblies throughout the process.
- Continuously meet or exceed production schedules and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain logs, paperwork, and forms accurately, consistently with company policy.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical assembly of electronic components.
- Ability to communicate and understand English both written and orally.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Knowledge of ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures.
- Experience in reading simple assembly drawings.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Teams or other communication platforms.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in two or more of the following areas: board mount, die attach, wire bond, soldering, or basic mechanical assembly.
- Certifications such as IPC‑A‑610 or J‑STD‑001.
- Ability to multitask.

Salary and Compensation- $44,000.00 ‑ $88,000.00 annual salary for in‑office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees.
- $49,300.00 ‑ $98,600.00 annual salary for in‑office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA.
- $51,900.00 ‑ $ annual salary for in‑office or hybrid employees in NJ.
