We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and reliability of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This hands‑on role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently to support production goals.

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and fabrication‑related equipment
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and manufacturer specifications
• Support and maintain preventive maintenance programs and documentation
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production personnel
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Arc Flash, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety requirements
• Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment modifications as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Support production uptime through timely troubleshooting and repairs

• Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, machining, and fabrication systems
• Technical school, trade certification, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
