We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Utility Worker to support multiple production departments within a manufacturing facility. This hands‑on position is responsible for learning various production functions, providing coverage where needed, and assisting with daily operations to ensure production goals are achieved. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety‑conscious, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

• Train and work across multiple production departments
• Provide backup support for various production and manufacturing positions
• Assist with maintaining production schedules and meeting output goals
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards
• Identify and report production issues to supervisors
• Support workflow and communication between departments
• Perform general labor, material handling, and production support tasks
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist supervisors and management with operational needs as assigned

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to learn multiple job functions and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong work ethic, attendance, and reliability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
