Plan bakery production to maintain consistency and quality of decorative designs and follow recipes and instructions;
Utilize decorating tools and techniques (bags, tips, nozzles) to create floral and lettering decorations while adhering to food safety standards;
Leverage handheld digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and train/guide other associates;
Drive bakery area performance, manage dates and waste, and assist members with purchasing decisions and issue resolution.
