Your day to day as aN Assembler 1(2nd Shift)

What you need to be successful

To excel as an Assembler at PTI Technologies, candidates must possess a diverse skill set and strong physical capabilities. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential for effective communication, both written and oral. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, are critical for interpreting measurements and calculating percentages, area, weight, and volume in practical applications. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to analyze and solve practical problems, often adapting to situations with limited standardization.

Physically, employees must be capable of standing for extended periods, using their hands effectively, and reaching with their arms. The ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs is necessary, along with specific vision abilities for close work.
