BIRNS, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Insert Pre-Tinning Technician in Oxnard, California. This position supports the production team by preparing and pre-tinning connector components for manufacturing operations. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Training will be provided, and no specific prior experience is required.
Responsibilities include placing inserts, applying solder, inspecting quality, and maintaining standards. Previous soldering experience is helpful but not mandatory.
