We are seeking reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates to join our counter top production team in Newbury Park. This position involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality countertops. Candidates should be comfortable working with tools, machinery, and materials such as laminate, wood, or stone.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the fabrication and assembly of countertops Measure, cut, shape, and finish materials according to specifications Operate hand tools and power equipment safely Sand, polish, and inspect finished products for quality Load, unload, and move materials within the facility Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred Ability to use basic hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime as needed) Benefits:
