Location:
Newbury Park, CA
Pay Range: $22hr.
Shift: 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) Desired
Skills:
Experience with in an Aerospace company Insulation/Manual coil winding/MCS coil winding experience (any type of experience cutting small wires, taping, and most importantly having steady hands) Light Soldering/Solder Hook-Up experience Testing experience (aerospace) automatic/manual
- Perform product assembly, inspection, and testing to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate equipment and tools efficiently to meet production schedules
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during production, seeking guidance when necessary
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S procedures
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and communicate effectively
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work sitting or standing as required
- Consistent and punctual attendance, with flexibility for shifts and overtime
