We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Plasma Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This is an entry-level position with training provided. The Plasma Operator is responsible for operating a plasma cutting machine, assisting with material handling, and supporting daily production activities. This role is physically demanding and requires a dependable individual who is comfortable working outdoors under a canopy and wearing appropriate PPE.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a plasma cutting machine to cut metal parts (training provided)
- Move and position heavy raw materials and finished parts as needed
- Wear proper PPE at all times, including gloves, face shields, and protective clothing
- Follow job instructions, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work outdoors under a covered area in varying weather conditions
- Support machine operators and production staff with general labor tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work in an outdoor environment with appropriate protection

- Pay Range: $18 – $22 per hour
- Monday – Friday (8-hour shift)
