Plasma Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Plasma Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This is an entry-level position with training provided. The Plasma Operator is responsible for operating a plasma cutting machine, assisting with material handling, and supporting daily production activities. This role is physically demanding and requires a dependable individual who is comfortable working outdoors under a canopy and wearing appropriate PPE.

• Operate a plasma cutting machine to cut metal parts (training provided)
• Move and position heavy raw materials and finished parts as needed
• Wear proper PPE at all times, including gloves, face shields, and protective clothing
• Follow job instructions, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work outdoors under a covered area in varying weather conditions
• Support machine operators and production staff with general labor tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must be physically capable of lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work in an outdoor environment with appropriate protection

• Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
• Pay Range: $18 – $22 per hour

• Monday – Friday (8-hour shift)
• Overtime may be required depending on production needs
