Production Associate

Fabworks is a highly automated sheet metal manufacturer in Ventura, CA. We are hiring a Production Associate to support our growing team and help with hands‑on work across the production floor. This is an entry‑level manufacturing role with training, steady weekday hours, and room to grow into more specialized shop responsibilities.

Shift:

• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Use forklift equipment to move and store materials when needed
• Help with different parts of manufacturing, such as preparing materials, running CNC laser cutters, checking quality, and shipping products
• Check work quality at each step to make sure everything meets company standards

• Dedication to keeping the workplace clean and safe
• Ability to stand and walk during full 8‑hour shifts
• Willingness to learn all parts of the manufacturing process
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
• Can repeatedly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

• $18 - $21 hourly
