Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Test Technician I to join their innovative team.

Location:

San Luis Obispo, CA

Pay Range: $23hr- $27hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Follow Purifier Work Instructions and document any discrepancies accurately.
• Safely facilitate purification systems by securing appropriate gas lines and operating systems under specific engineering and quality control standards.
• Test a variety of complex systems using mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection equipment, ensuring proper system start-up and operation.
• Perform automated and manual Standard Test Procedures (STP), interpret results, and complete all related paperwork diligently.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems, partner with Engineering teams to determine solutions, and update documentation as necessary.

What's Needed?

• 7-10 years' experience in a technical role, or a relevant technical degree or certification.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics and/or mechanical systems.
• Background in high-temperature processing equipment is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems such as Oracle or JD Edwards.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word programs.
