Manufacturing Engineer III (JN - Oxnard, California
Salary: USD
110000 - USD
120000 per year + Excellent Benefits Package
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer III to develop and improve manufacturing processes, drive operational efficiencies, and support production excellence. This role serves as a technical leader, working cross-functionally to optimize workflows, implement process improvements, and support manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and work cells.
- Create and maintain process documentation and manufacturing procedures.
- Analyze workflow, facility layouts, and equipment utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Production, and Vendors to support manufacturing processes.
- Estimate production times, labor requirements, and manufacturing costs.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians.
- Apply data analysis and statistical methods to improve productivity and manufacturing performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5-8 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
- Experience with MS Office and Solid Works.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing experience.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
