Marketing Lead

Position Overview

The role is a rare opportunity for an experienced marketer to build and lead the "Immunefi Engine" for Product GTM and IMU token marketing. The successful candidate will translate high‑level vision into a structured marketing roadmap, work closely with the CEO and leadership team, and drive everything from AI‑powered workflows to high‑impact product launches.

• Build the marketing engine, designing and deploying AI‑powered agent workflows, automation systems, and reporting infrastructure.
• Own the go‑to‑market strategy for core products, including Managed Triage and Bug Bounty Program Subscriptions.
• Define ideal customer profiles, build messaging architectures, and translate complex security value into language that resonates with founders, protocol teams, and enterprise buyers.
• Lead positioning, narrative, and community engagement for the IMU token, activating security researchers, partners, and communities to create durable network effects.

• Builder at Heart – experience scaling marketing from Zero‑to‑One and building AI‑powered marketing systems.
• Strong Technical Marketing Fundamentals – defined ICPs, built messaging architectures, and shipped GTM programs with high impact in technical industries.

• 3+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in token marketing or Web3 ecosystem growth.
• Deep comfort with the Web3 stack (Telegram, Discord, X) and understanding of token‑based network effects and community psychology.
• Background in crypto audits, cybersecurity, blockchain infrastructure, or developer tools marketing.
• Established network in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience in content programs, PR execution, and event marketing.
