About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Event and Field Marketing Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of events that build awareness, strengthen industry relationships, and generate measurable business results.

The Event and Field Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution of Stayntouch’s event program, which includes several major industry trade shows and conferences each year, along with approximately 40 regional events, field marketing programs, sponsor ships, consultant events, partner events, and smaller conferences.

This role requires someone who can think strategically while also managing the details that make an event successful. You will help determine where Stayntouch should invest, define the goals for each event, manage logistics and promotion, prepare our teams, and measure the impact after the event.

This is not a logistics-only role. You will be responsible for ensuring that every event has a clear audience, purpose, activation plan, and path to measurable results.

What You’ll Do Event Strategy and Planning

Develop and manage Stayntouch’s annual event and field marketing strategy.

Build and maintain the event calendar across major trade shows, regional conferences, sponsor ships, field events, consultant events, partner programs, and customer gatherings.

Evaluate event opportunities based on audience fit, market priorities, relationship value, pipeline potential, cost, and expected return.

Define the objectives, target audience, success metrics, budget, and activation plan for each event.

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and regional leaders to align events with priority markets, accounts, customers, and prospects.

Identify opportunities to create more targeted field marketing programs around important markets, industry groups, customers, and partners.

Manage the annual event budget and make recommendations on where to increase, reduce, or shift investment.

Event Execution

Manage the full event lifecycle, including contracts, registration, booth selection, floor plans, shipping, signage, audiovisual needs, catering, travel, staffing, speaking opportunities, and on-site logistics.

Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers, venues, exhibit partners, production vendors, sponsors, and other external partners.

Manage booth design, event assets, promotional materials, giveaways, and supporting collateral.

Coordinate customer participation, executive attendance, speaking opportunities, private meetings, dinners, happy hours, and other event activations.

Provide clear event briefs, timelines, staffing plans, and expectations to internal participants.

Attend key events and oversee on-site execution to ensure a professional and engaging Stayntouch presence.

Manage multiple events at different stages of planning without losing sight of deadlines or details.

Pre-Event and Post-Event Marketing

Develop integrated pre-event marketing plans that drive awareness, registrations, booth traffic, meetings, and attendance.

Coordinate email campaigns, landing pages, social content, digital promotion, appointment-setting efforts, invitations, and sales outreach.

Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and contacts before each event.

Create event toolkits that give attendees the messaging, schedules, account information, and resources they need to be successful.

Establish consistent lead capture, qualification, and follow-up processes.

Work with Marketing Operations and Sales to ensure event leads are routed,…
