Thatch is disrupting how health benefits work. The Growth Marketing Lead will own and scale acquisition across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, and new channels. You’ll lead tests, measure results, and partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and Analytics to turn experiments into repeatable pipeline.
You will design experiments, manage budgets, and drive attribution and incrementality while collaborating with Analytics, Finance, and Leadership to prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
