Worship​/Youth Pastor

Gold Coast Church in Oxnard, CA, is currently seeking a versatile Worship/Youth Pastor to oversee a dual role primarily focused on worship aspects (70%) and youth ministry (30%). Responsibilities include curating song selections, coordinating volunteer teams, leading worship services, organizing youth gatherings, and expanding the youth ministry for increased spiritual growth and community engagement.

Nestled in the Camarillo and Oxnard area, individuals are drawn to the lifestyle flexibility offered by the region.
