We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality patient care through clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education. Key responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications as appropriate. The NP will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal communication skills, and a commitment to patient‑centered care are essential. Maintaining current licensure, certifications, and compliance with all state and federal regulations is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams, health assessments, and patient evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic procedures.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with scope of practice and regulations.
- Develop and implement patient‑centered treatment and care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment compliance.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams for continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Adhere to all infection control, safety, and quality care standards.
- Stay current with medical advancements and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, maintaining active NP licensure and certifications.
- Current and active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of California.
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
- National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP).
