West Coast Critical Care Specialists is seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established Intensivist/Pulmonary group providing inpatient nocturnist coverage for the DOU (Step-Down Unit).

• Well-established Pulmonary, Intensive Care, and Step-Down Program

• Provide overnight inpatient coverage for the DOU (Step-Down Unit)
• Collaborate closely with Intensivists, Pulmonologists, and consulting physicians
• Assess, diagnose, and manage medically complex patients
• Participate in high-quality, patient-centered critical care

• California PA or NP license (completed or in process)
• ACLS certification
• Strong Internal Medicine foundation
• Pulmonary medicine experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of PA/ACNP experience preferred
