Compensation
Salary Range: $54.79 - $81.58 / hour
The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Renders professional management to the clinical operations of the Center for Family Health in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of hospital. Coordinates patient care planning with other departments and centers. Collaborates with the Center Manager as issues arise. Ensures patient flow in the department is overseen. Creates Assignments for Staff. Reviews patient assessments for completeness.
Participates in Performance Improvement activities are performed in a timely, and self-motivated manner. Monitors charges, billing, daily patient schedules and statistics. Reports productivity and statistics as requested by the Clinic Manager. Orders supplies.
- Current CA Registered Nurse License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- One (1) year of supervisory experience
- One (1) year of nursing experience
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Previous Nurse Supervisor/Nurse Manager Experience
