About the PositionTravel Nurse Source is working with United Health Care Staffing, Inc. to find a qualified House Supervisor RN in Oxnard, California, 93030!
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care
- Coordinate staffing assignments to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor and enforce compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Handle emergencies and patient flow issues with confidence and efficiency
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory or charge nurse role
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required;
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Expert knowledge of nursing principles and best practices
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to foster teamwork and positive work culture
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
