Part‑time

This is a per diem position with 2 scheduling options:
1) Provide 4 weekday and 2 weekend days of availability per month;
2) Provide 4 weekend days of availability per month.

$50 base hourly rate + competitive tips (up to $15 per hour)

Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Woodland Hills, plus occasional on‑call and Mobile IV shifts.

• Monthly Pay Guarantee Program:
  For your first six months, if your tips don’t average at least $10 per hour, we’ll make up the difference.

Team members must be available for scheduling during both morning/afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts within the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records
• Promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
• Work with the District Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory and manage orders
• Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers
• Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics
• Maintain documentation of patient care services
• Train new staff
• Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff
• Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines

• Current BLS certification required
• BSN or diploma in nursing
• Valid RN license with no sanctions, past or present
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures
• Proficient in patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and problem‑solving skills
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to traverse the entire facility
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
