Five Guys - - - Responsibilities:
Direct daily operations of the restaurant in the General Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.;
