• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to customers.
• Assist customers in locating items, answer questions, and provide additional help.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and self‑serve displays; rotate product as needed.
• Work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
• Perform heavy lifting, bending, and stooping for long periods of time.

• Provide excellent customer service and share love for community and food.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, and shelf tags.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information to customers, clients, and coworkers in one‑on‑one or small group settings.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
