Summary

Lead a high-energy, results-driven sales team at the Oxnard outlet to deliver elevated customer experiences while driving revenue and margin targets. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute pricing, ticketing, merchandising, and customer outreach strategies. Maintain brand presentation and operational standards through hands-on leadership on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

• Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and coach team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with company standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to drive repeat business and foster relationships
• Maintain merchandise presentation, store appearance, and elevated brand standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership, strategic execution, and customer engagement
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing as required
