Merchandiser Lead

The primary role of the Merchandiser Lead (ML) is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner by ensuring the proper level of stock is maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly at all large format retailers. This individual will also support the Merchandising Manager with training and off‑day coverage.

• Service customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner.
• Maintain proper level of stock and ensure accurate display and rotation at large format retailers.
• Support the Merchandising Manager with training and off‑day coverage.

• Prior merchandising experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid US Driver's License.
• Reliable vehicle with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Permanent position.
