Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Responsibilities

Execute to maximize growth and potential. Develop game plans and follow up on execution to maximize sales and drive consistent performance results. Participate in driving business outreach opportunities and communicate leads to the Multi‑Unit Manager and Business Outreach team. Ensure store schedule accuracy to guarantee proper staffing for initiatives, ship‑from‑store and operational tasks, and maintain sales coverage to deliver on the customer promise.

Ensure store staff is trained on all internal operational functions. Implement store programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding. Lead store staff in meeting sales, service, and operational expectations.

Set clear performance expectations and ensure the team is trained in sales, customer service, and operations to meet company standards. Model company values and lead by example as an active coach. Communicate priorities and sales‑driving information effectively so the team is equipped to maximize business opportunities. Guide the team to identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve productivity.

Take the lead role in recruiting for the store and embrace diversity by creating an inclusive store environment. Ensure the team is trained on customer‑service expectations and creates an exceptional customer experience. Lead the team to exceed customer expectations and achieve a high Net Promoter Score (NPS). Leverage customer feedback to take appropriate actions and prevent or resolve concerns. Ensure the store is visually set to brand standards and that marketing initiatives are executed per company direction.

Minimum 3years of experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams. Creative individual who demonstrates good judgment and is tuned into the pulse of the business. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, strategic thinker. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates active listening and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to train and develop high‑performing store teams.

Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing. Ability to operate a computer and POS system. Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

Pay Rate: $27.15 – $38.75
