Maintain area of responsibility per policy and organize merchandise; handle returns and identify shrink/damages;
Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise; manage exit areas and review receipts;
Maintain self-checkout area; resolve member issues; promote Sam's Club products and services; process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Secure and safeguard assets by monitoring for potential criminal activity; maintain logs and documentation; execute emergency procedures;
Train Member Frontline Service associates on processes, new technology, program rollout, and continuous learning.
