Sales Associate

Average total pay: $16.90 - $20.90+ an hour (hourly base pay + uncapped tiered commission structure, based on meeting your sales goal)

• Provide every customer with a great experience, maintaining strong product knowledge and delivering in‑depth information on product features and benefits.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain store aesthetics by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and following merchandising plans.
• Stay up‑to‑date with brand and product knowledge, company information, sales, and company‑wide events.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, wellness, and continuous improvement by sharing new ideas and participating in wellness programs and safety committees.
• Represent the company at special events such as the International Motorcycle Show, motocross races, and other riding community events.

This is a part‑time position. You will earn an hourly base rate plus commission on a tiered system based on meeting your sales goal, with additional incentives such as SPIFFs and employee discounts. We also provide voluntary Daily Pay for instant transfers of earned pay before payday. First five shifts are base pay only to focus on learning.

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.
• A self‑starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding personalized retail experience.
• An open mind, eager to learn and become part of the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly Retail Pro).
• Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (desired but not required).
