This is not your typical sales job. As a Licensed Sales Professional
, you will help grow the Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships. Youll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance that helps customers protect their homes, cars, retirement income and live a good life.
As an insurance sales professional, you will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities- Prospect and write new P&C policies outside the book of business
- Look for new opportunities from outside networking and outbound marketing
- Cultivates referrals from own network (Friends, Realtors, etc.)
- Understands and implements pipeline management within CRM for follow-up
- Understands and follows Allstate compliance guidelines
- Ensures all documents are received and signed
Maintains knowledge of new products - Handles minimal inbound calls from own customers
- Always portrays a professional image through proper appearance and actions
- Maintain positive attitude and willing to learn/improve
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
