22-25/hr to start PLUS commission in Costco

We are currently hiring for the Oxnard Costco location. Seeking positive, energetic, and sales‑focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors. This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena.

• Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Organic Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ
  10, and various Turmeric products.
• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Regularly check for messages concerning scheduling and other communication from your manager.
• Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds several times per day, lift a 2’ x 4’ folding table between parking lot and store, and carry products and supplies to and from the car.
• Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.

• Starting at $22-$25 an hour plus bonus based on surpassing sale quotas. W-2 Employment.
• We provide a promotional kit and bi‑weekly paycheck via direct deposit.
• Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day. Top brand ambassadors are making more than $300 per day.
• Example bonus structure: sell 20 Liquid Turmeric, earn $60 in commission; sell 20 Liquid Collagen, earn $60 in commission; sell 5 Liquid CoQ
  10, earn $15 in commission; 1 day / 7 hrs at $24/hr plus commission equals $303 ($43/hr).

• Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.

• Bonus structure may vary; weekly bonus information will be sent out each week.
• Shift days and hours vary weekly depending on demo/club availability.
• Promoter will earn bonus once quota is achieved for units sold during the demo shift.
• Bonus will be capped at 100 units of the same item daily.
• Purchasing items to reach quota is strictly prohibited and could lead to termination.
