In‑Home Sales & Tech Support (Part‑Time)

We’re looking for an entry‑level field professional to work during our busiest hours, traveling daily to customer residences.

Hourly rate: $25.85 + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

Part‑time: 5 evenings per week, 4:05pm to 8:00pm.

As an In‑Home Sales & Tech Support person, you’ll work independently after paid training, applying the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach to deliver customer service, tech solutions, and sales.

• Serve – Meet customers at their homes or offices, provide exceptional service, and exceed sales targets.
• Solve – Diagnose and resolve customers’ tech issues and ensure they leave with a suitable solution.
• Sell – Offer tailored Asurion products, listen actively, and close sales using strong negotiation and communication.

• Comfortable in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience; satisfactory driving record.
• Proof of valid car insurance (Manhattan excluded).
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) and a personal cellphone for communication.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded with a passion for learning diverse skills.
• Outgoing and thrives in person‑to‑person interaction.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend paid monthly.
• Three‑week paid training program.
• Early access to earned pay.

Work required in neighborhoods and cities surrounding the inventory warehouse; travel up to 120 miles one‑way.
