In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full‑Time)
Pay rate: $23.85 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, a $35 phone stipend, and uncapped sales commission.
Schedule:
12:05pm to 8:00pm, five days per week, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
This entry‑level, in‑home field position focuses on customer service and sales during the company’s busiest hours. You will receive paid training and ongoing coaching to work independently in the field using the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach.
Responsibilities- Serve:
Meet customers at their residences or other locations, provide exceptional service, and prioritize customer needs. - Solve:
Diagnose and resolve customers’ technical issues, offering clear and effective solutions. - Sell:
Identify customer needs, recommend Asurion products, and close sales using strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable and motivated in a sales environment with set targets.
- Valid driver’s license with at least one year of satisfactory driving record.
- Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
- Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles); ability to travel up to 120 miles one‑way.
- Personal cellphone for work communication.
- Comfortable working around household pets.
- Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills.
- Open‑minded and passionate about learning a wide range of skills.
- Outgoing personality who thrives on human interaction.
- Guaranteed base hourly rate paid bi‑weekly.

- Mileage reimbursement at IRS guidelines paid weekly.
