Crop Consultant

We are seeking a Sales Representative to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions products and services to farmers in the Oxnard, CA area.

• Sell company products and services
• Maintain sales programs within assigned territory/accounts
• Responsible for meeting annual sales goals
• Monitor competitive activity and trends
• Possess knowledge of product features, benefits, and use
• Provide training to employees as needed
• Initiate trials that will support marketing efforts
• Interpret soil, tissue, and water analysis
• Research and respond to technical inquiries
• Develop proprietary fertilizer formulations
• Publish and distribute periodic summaries of agronomic observations and research
• Maintain and build customer contacts

• Bachelor’s degree in an agriculturally based program
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry as well as the application of agricultural chemicals
• PCA License is required
• Valid Driver’s License

The salary range for this role in Oxnard, CA, is between $68,640.00-$. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.
