- Bachelor’s degree in an agriculturally based program
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry as well as the application of agricultural chemicals
- PCA License is required.
- Valid Driver's License
The estimated salary range for this role, in Oxnard, CA, is between $68,640.00- $. Actual salary and benefits may differ based on location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards reflects components such as performance of the company and the employee.
