We are looking for our new automotive sales BDC specialist to make customer service a priority and help our sales reps schedule appointments. Our ideal candidate will have an exemplary CRM follow-up process to train and assist their team, people skills, strong ethical standards, and an undeniable knack for scheduling appointments. Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications: Answer calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries from potential and existing customers.
  • Nurture leads: Follow up on leads generated from various sources, such as websites, advertisements, and social media.
  • Schedule appointments: Convert customer interest into scheduled appointments for the sales team by understanding their needs and arranging a convenient time.
  • Manage customer relationships: Maintain communication with customers to build relationships, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Confirm and reschedule appointments: Contact customers to confirm scheduled appointments and reschedule any no-shows.
  • Vin Solutions CRM experience is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Use CRM software: Accurately log all customer interactions and update records in the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Coordinate with other departments: Work closely with the sales and service managers to prioritize leads and ensure smooth customer transitions.
  • Provide information: Answer questions about vehicles, promotions, and dealership services.
Compensation

$52,000 - $85,000 per year
