About the RoleWe are seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Territory Manager to expand our Biologics and Specialty Pharmacy business across Southern California. This is a field-based role focused on building and deepening partnerships with physicians, infusion centers, and healthcare systems, with a particular emphasis on immunology, neurology, and other specialty therapeutic areas.
This position is ideal for a strategic, entrepreneurial salesperson who understands the complexity of specialty pharmacy and thrives in a fast-moving, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive IG and Specialty Pharmacy growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, office staff, infusion centers, and hospital systems
- Educate providers on product access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support services
- Identify new business opportunities and expand referral networks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, reimbursement, and operations teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and continuity of care
- Stay current on market dynamics, payer changes, and competitive landscape
- Represent the company at regional meetings, conferences, and industry events
- 3–7+ years of specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
- Direct experience with IG and other infusion-based therapies strongly preferred
- Established relationships within immunology, neurology, rheumatology, or related specialties in Southern California
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a large geographic territory
- Base salary of $120k - $150k based on experience
