Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Oxnard, CA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and working to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, prospecting, building and managing a sales pipeline, and developing proposals. The role also entails collaborating with the internal team to optimize client service and satisfaction.
