Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor activity and report unusual behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Assist with access control, closing procedures, and policy compliance while supporting a welcoming environment for guests and tenants
