Service Technician - Oxnard, CA

Tri‑State Overhead Crane is growing! We are looking for a reliable Service Technician to join our team at a dedicated customer site in Oxnard, CA. If you enjoy troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues and being hands on with repairs, we'd love to meet you.

This position is perfect for someone who values a consistent schedule-you'll work four 10‑hour shifts and be at a single‑site location.

You won't just be fixing machines; you'll be the onsite expert that the customer relies on. Your main focus will be:

• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Keeping overhead cranes, hoists, and drives running smoothly.
• Preventative Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and diagnostic tests to catch issues before they happen.
• Building Relationships: Acting as one of the site contacts, attending safety meetings, and keeping everyone in the loop on equipment health.
• Safety & Precision: Operating man lifts and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

  Experience:
  
  At least 2‑3 years as a technician in an industrial setting.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  A solid grasp of mechanical and electrical systems (trade school or on-the-job experience).
• The Right Mindset: You're calm under pressure, good at reading schematics, and comfortable working at heights.
• Basic Tech
  
  Skills:
  
  You're comfortable using a computer or tablet to log your work and check schedules.

• Shift: Four 10‑hour days.
