Maintenance Technician

Compensation and Benefits

Position pays $24.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and the possibility to earn additional bonuses. • Maintain and repair facilities, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair.
• Respond to daily maintenance work orders and emergency repairs.
• Perform unit turnarounds and carry out asset preservation objectives.
• Keep accurate records, coordinate with team members and residents, and uphold a high standard of workmanship.

• Hands‑on maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with residents.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Outlook.
