Your Mission (Key Responsibilities)VIP Concierge Management: Act as the face of the practice, greeting families with high-level professionalism and warmth.
Strategic Patient Flow: Orchestrate the front-to-back transition, ensuring clinical staff are optimized and patient wait times are non-existent.
Data Integrity & Management: Curate and maintain precise digital patient records and eligibility verification with a zero-error mentality.
Brand Ambassadorship: Engage with the public and pediatric patients to create a stress-free, premium environment.
Communication Hub: Manage multi-channel communications (phone, email, and digital portals) with the poise of a corporate executive.
What We Are Looking For
We are specifically seeking Type A professionals who possess:
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (Highly Preferred).
Experience: 2+ years in a high-touch environment (e.g., Luxury Hotels, Private Medical Practices, VIP Concierge, or High-End Retail).
Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage in serving our diverse community.
Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, the ability to read a room , and a genuine love for working in a pediatric-focused environment.
Technical Savvy: Quick to learn dental software and digital communication tools.
Compensation: $31,000 - $54,000 annually (commensurate with education and specialized experience).
Location: Located in the heart of Oxnard, CA - a short drive from the ocean.
