Integrations Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using Python, Django, PHP, and related technologies.
• Build and enhance backend services while collaborating with frontend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established development standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Implement secure coding practices to protect applications from common web vulnerabilities.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to expand application functionality.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Stay current with emerging development tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to improving development processes, workflows, and team productivity.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional Full Stack development experience.
• Strong expertise with Python and Django for backend development.
• Professional experience developing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Experience developing applications using PHP.
• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Experience designing and working with relational databases including SQL Server and/or MySQL.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong written documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
• Valid California Class C Driver's License.
• Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive background investigation.

• Experience working within local government or other public sector organizations.
• Experience supporting public safety organizations such as police or fire departments.
• Experience with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows such as Git Flow.

• Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000
