Traffic Control

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Control personnel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for directing and controlling traffic around construction sites, road maintenance projects, or other work zones to ensure the safety of workers, drivers, and pedestrians.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control zones in compliance with safety standards
• Direct vehicles and pedestrians safely through work zones using signs, hand signals, and communication devices
• Communicate effectively with the crew to ensure smooth traffic flow
• Monitor work zone safety and report any hazards or incidents
• Follow all company and state safety regulations

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Traffic Control/Flagger experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

-Pay rate: $17.50+/ hour
-Pay Range: $17.00 - $85
